This profile is obtained with beans from to regions: Veracruz and Puebla. To achieve it we combine a dark roast with a medium roast when, delicately blended,
produce a rounded coffee, with balanced acidity and velvety body, with an aroma of honey and intense flavor, with notes of caramel and cinnamon.
