This coffee is cultivated by a cooperative of small, certified organic coffee producers from Chiapas, who have founded an operation that gives service to a 1,000-hectare cultivated area situated at an altitude of 900 to 1,700 meters (2,953 to 5,577 feet) above sea level.

It’s a blend of four coffee varieties which when roasted release a floral aroma with delicate flavors with a harmonious balance with its sweetness and moderate acidity, with light and elegant pecan notes.
